"Creative Sheffield CEO Ian Bromley has called for a city region including Leeds.

If anyone comes to Sheffield from the North they come off at J34 so it always made sense to me that the Gateway to the City Centre needed to be made better.

Imagine a Beautiful Movie Star who smiles at you but has two teeth missing!  You look at the gaps instead of the nice pearly whites, that is what Attercliffe Road is like.

At the moment People miss the EIS, The Arena and the Stadium and see the sex shops and the dinghy poster sites . But £millions have been spent all ready and more investment is in the pipeline.

This one Road is potentially the busiest most prominent Road in the City and as a piece of Real Estate could be the Mayfair of Sheffields Monopoly Board.  It will happen and I urge investors and developers to get on board.
